ATLAS WSZYSTKICH MIESZKAŃCÓW
2022–
The Atlas of All Residents was created as part of the initiative “Miastozdziczenie” (CityRewilding), led by the Puszka Foundation. This publication is an invitation to you to give voice and space to freely living plants, animals, fungi, and other non-human organisms present in Warsaw through your stories. The creation of the book was preceded by an open call for submissions, as well as a series of walks and workshops on inter-species cohabitation in the capital.
Out of the numerous stories received, we selected 53, which were illustrated by Mariusz Tarkawian and featured in the first part of the book. The remaining submissions can be read in the virtual extension of the Atlas. On this website, you will also find the Atlas in the form of a free pdf file. The second part of the book consists of texts by invited authors.
The Atlas of All Residents is an ongoing project – we continue to await your stories, which will regularly appear in its virtual version. We also invite you to collaborate within our popularization and educational initiatives focused on the “Miastozdziczenie” initiative.
